Protein Pancake ‘Issues’

Protein Pancakes are one of my FAVOURITE ALL TIME BREAKFASTS.

They allow

A)- indulgence first thing in the morning (which I always think is a great way to start the day 😉

B) A High Protein Breakfast which keeps you full until lunch (if you make them dense enough ….which I do)

So-what you will need:-

1x Banana (in exchange for a banana you can use Oats if you wish)

1x Scoop protein powder (I use chocolate monkey nutrition)

2x Eggs

Mix/Mash and stir- FRY in coconut Oil in minutes- BOOM
