Need a new idea for a quick and easy ‘grab of nutrition’ for breakfast?

Looks no further than my  sooooooo simple  breakfast bake.


1 cup of oats

1 cup of blueberries

2 mashed bananas

tsp nutmeg

tsp cinnamon

scoop of protein powder (I use chocolate flavour)

2 eggs

half cup of almond milk

teaspoon of butter

-Mix all of the above into a bowl.

-Pour into a grease proof Tin

-Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins on a medium heat

Wait to cool and slice into squares

Voila – Delicious with greek yoghurt and a few nuts sprinkled on top!.
